1. Framework Agreement

These terms and conditions govern your access to the digital pages, updates, and news platforms owned and operated by Breakfeedry Investigates Media (Pty) Ltd. By browsing our news articles or purchasing our digital subscription packages, you systematically agree to execute these responsibilities in full.

2. Editorial and Site Use Liability

You may use our platform only for lawful editorial, analytical, and consumer tracking purposes. No visitor may scrape, copy, republish, or inject malicious scripting into our articles, logo, or layouts without our prior written consent.

3. Proprietary Intellectual Property

All design layouts, custom investigative text, SVG graphics, photographs, and backend code on this site are protected by copyright laws inside South Africa. All rights are held by Breakfeedry Investigates Media (Pty) Ltd or licensed suppliers.

4. Subscription Purchases, Refunds, and Taxation

All transaction prices are listed in South African Rands (ZAR). Standard Value Added Tax (VAT) is included on all electronic payments in line with SARS specifications. Subscription cancellations process instantly and become active at the end of your current billing period.

5. Limitation of Liability and Guarantees

We publish our investigative articles "as is" to keep the public informed, using reputable and verified sources. However, we cannot guarantee the complete accuracy or operational reliability of all third-party feeds, nor can we accept responsibility for losses arising from your business decisions.

6. Applicable Jurisdiction

These agreements are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any legal dispute arising from this platform will be heard strictly within the competent High Courts in Sandton, Johannesburg.
